Why kindness matters

Being kind is the first step towards creating a better society. Kindness inspires generosity and compassion. Kindness can improve self-worth and self-esteem.?Kindness can help us meet new people and step out of our comfort zones. When we engage in an act of kindness, we bring out the better versions of ourselves and others.?

That’s the power of kindness.?
